Carl Stubner is Co-CEO of Sanctuary 5B Artist Management, a Universal Music Group company, with offices in Los Angeles, New York and Nashville.

One of the industry’s top strategic artist managers and business developers, Carl has orchestrated and executed countless deals for his clients across the music, film/television, and consumer brand industries.

From putting together the supergroup Velvet Revolver, booking hugely successful Fleetwood Mac tours, co-producing the hit CBS TV Show Rockstar Supernova, producing Tommy Lee Goes to College on NBC, and producing the upcoming Syfy Show Culture Shock w/ Tommy Lee, Carl’s creative vision and focus on brand development have helped maintain Sanctuary as one of the top artist management companies today.

Throughout his career Carl has worked with some of the biggest artists and performers in the world including Beyonce, Jane’s Addiction, Nirvana, Alanis Morissette, Fleetwood Mac, Tommy Lee, ZZ Top, Billy Ray Cyrus, Seal , Billy Idol, and many others.
